Welcome to the cosy Villa Skawi, which offers the perfect refuge for families and couples seeking relaxation in the peaceful surroundings of Costa de Antigua. Our spacious, 110-square-metre property invites you to unwind in an atmosphere of proximity to the ocean and beautiful views of the sea, pool and garden.
The house has three bedrooms with comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. We offer seven sleeping spaces, including double beds and individual beds. Each bedroom has been carefully furnished, providing maximum comfort and privacy.
A modern kitchen is equipped with a full set of appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. An additional advantage is free WiFi and a television, which will make time during shared relaxation more enjoyable.
A true decoration of the house is a private, heated swimming pool measuring 5x3 metres, ideal for relaxation and fun. Around the property stretches a 50-metre terrace and a 300-metre garden with garden furniture and a grilling area. The area is fenced, which provides additional security and privacy.
The location of the villa is exceptionally attractive. Just 650 metres separate us from restaurants and cafes, and Playa del Castillo beach is located 2.5 km away. The proximity of Caleta de Fuste (2 km) and Costa de Antigua (100 m) guarantees easy access to essential amenities.
We invite a four-person family or a couple to enjoy our comfortable accommodation. Pets are welcome (maximum 3), and parking for 4 cars will ensure convenient travelling.
